Definition of Sensory Lab

The sensory evaluation facility comprises of a kitchen/service room for food preparation that is connected to a nearby panellist booth area by pass-through compartment doors so that taste panel participants can receive food samples.  Panelists can be questioned and given feedback using touchscreen tablets in booths; Advanced system software controls data processing and acquisition.
