Initial consultation to determine the client’s needs and provide information about Food Research Lab’s services.

Sign a mutual Non-Disclosure Agreement, followed by a lengthy conversation — ideally in person, but it can also be done over the phone or via Skype.

The product development process will follow the agreed-upon timelines.
