The semi-automatic screw capping machine from Food Research Lab comes with various choices to fit a variety of bottles, caps, and closures.
Our machine is perfect for off-line cap tightening at modest volumes. The helical tightening motion is created by the shaft rotating and oscillating up and down continually in the device. Speeds are often greater than 20 caps per minute, depending on cap type and operator skill. A trigger spray tightening head, an expanded column for large containers, and a spindle reversing mechanism for de-capping are available options.
The machine is predominantly used for capping milk bottles, oil containers, wine, juices, etc.
