What Our client required?

Better-for you formulations, with an ethnic flavour.

Assignment: Formulation of whole-grain cereals including pseudocereal based breakfast cereal, and MUST retain a good shelf life and should meet day’s RDA for adults and adolescents with the different serving size.

What did we do?

Solution: Our team of food technologists formulated healthy and tasty breakfast cereals, considering the client stringent requirement. The development product has a combination of whole-grain cereals, nuts and fruits that maintain sensory appeal to the highest possible. With our twin-screw technology, we could able to develop a product that has enhanced flavour, a very high oxidative stability. This leads the product to store at ambient temperature and in warmer condition, while at the same time preserving their flavour profile.
