 Texture: The initial bite is firmer than expected, which slightly detracts from the overall experience. While texture may not be the main focus, it’s quite noticeable. A softer, more yielding consistency—something juicier or slightly oilier—could add a sense of richness and warmth that’s currently missing.

 Flavour: The strawberry flavor itself is pleasant and clearly identifiable. It has a nice sweetness, but leans slightly too sweet, leaving a lingering tang at the end. A small adjustment to reduce the sweetness could help achieve a better balance.

Aroma: The aroma doesn’t strongly resemble natural strawberries. Instead, it leans toward a more artificial scent, which can be noticeable when opening the packet or bringing it close to your mouth. A more vibrant and natural strawberry aroma would enhance the initial impression and better match the flavor.

Overall Impression: This is a good strawberry flavor with potential to be excellent. Improving the texture, dialing back the sweetness slightly, and enhancing the natural aroma would significantly elevate the overall experience.

 Colour: The appearance could be refined as well—it doesn’t quite reflect the flavour or add much visual appeal.

Adding a bit more “warmth” or richness, possibly through the use of vegetable oils or similar ingredients, could create a juicier, more satisfying bite.

Aroma: The blueberry gummies have a more pleasant aroma than the strawberry ones, but both are still lacking a more realistic aroma. Currently, both scents come across as artificial and underwhelming. A more vivid, natural fruit aroma would enhance the overall sensory experience, especially when opening the packet or bringing a gummy close to the mouth.

Color: The visual appearance of both flavors could be improved. The strawberry gummies should be a more vibrant, bright red to better match the flavor and expectations—instead of the current red-purple. The blueberry gummies would benefit from a deeper, more realistic dark purple/blue tone, rather than the existing turquoise-like color. Enhancing the vibrancy and realism of the colors would help align the visual appeal with the flavor experience.

Overall Impression: Both flavors show strong potential, particularly blueberry in terms of flavor balance. Improving the aroma, softening the texture, enriching the mouthfeel, and enhancing the color would significantly elevate the quality and overall sensory appeal.
