Assignment: Formulation of seasoning and base mix for crispy chicken.
Solution: Our technologist along with culinary experts together formulated professional crispy coating mix that delivers consistently delicious fried chicken (3x crispier than scratch). Our formula was prepared with quality ingredients such as maize, garlic powder, onion powder, white pepper powder.
The chicken juicy mix was microbiologically safe throughout the storage period of 6 months. However, the coating mix can also be used to prepare crispy strips, hot wings, burgers, salads topped with flaky, crispy chicken with our mix.
The formula can be used for Crispy chicken wrapped in Naan and lime curry sauce, British Fish & Chips with Minted Peas, Garlic Herb Fish and Chips and Chilli Lime Calamari Rings with Coleslaw product.
