Problem:

Weis Markets issued an allergy notice for Weis Quality Premium Brownie Moose Tracks Ice Cream on August 31, 2023.
This product may contain egg which was not mentioned on the food product label. The product recall was initiated after it was revealed that the product may contain minute quantities of eggs as a result of inadvertent processing on shared equipment.
People who have an allergy or extreme sensitivity to eggs encounter the risk of serious or life-threatening allergic reactions if they consume this product.
Although there were no illnesses reported, consumers have been asked to return the product for a full refund to ensure their safety [1].

What Regulations Clarifies:
