What Our client required?

Wheat Free, Gluten Free but the presence of soluble fibres, phytochemicals and high nutritive value.

Assignment: formulation of smoothies that has both a shelf life and that meets the established recommended daily nutrient intake of dietary fibre, minerals and vitamin C.

Solution: Food technologist at food research lab formulated the smoothie formulation of a mild thermal treatment and low-temperature storage. In fact, it has established recommended daily nutrient intakes of the above nutrients. Further, this process also increased the shelf life of smoothies and reduced total vitamin C degradation.
