Setting the products into the sterilization retort, and close the door. The retort door is secured by triple safety interlocking. Through out the whole process, the door is mechanically locked.>

The sterilization process is automatically carried out according to the recipe inputted to the micro-processing controller PLC.

Keep an appropriate amount of water in the bottom of retort. If needed, this water can be injected automatically at the beginning of the heating stage. For hot-filled products, this water can be preheated in the hot water tank, and then injected. During the whole sterilization process, the water is pumped through the water tubes and nozzles distributed in the retort, and circulated repeatedly. Water sprayed in the form of vapor mist, which is uniform distributed in the retort to heat the products. This ensures an even distribution of heat.

During the stage of coming up and cooking, the valves are automatically controlled by the program, and introduce steam into the primary loop of heat exchanger. The temperature is adjusted according to the set value of temperature. Condensate water is automatically discharged from the trap. Since the condensate water is not polluted, it can be transported back to the boiler for use.
